How it works
When a borrower defaults on a secured loan, the lender — a bank, NBFC or Asset Reconstruction Company — takes possession of the mortgaged asset under the SARFAESI Act and sells it by public e-auction to recover its dues. E-Auctions India aggregates these auction notices from banks across India so you can track every lender in one place.
The bank publishes a sale notice with the reserve price, EMD, inspection window and auction date.
Register on the bank’s e-auction portal and pay the Earnest Money Deposit before the deadline.
Bid online from the reserve price upward; the highest bidder gets the sale certificate.
Good to know

Use the bank directory on this page, or the Bank filter in search, to see every live and upcoming auction from that lender.
Almost all are now held on e-auction portals — the bank's own platform or a government portal named in each sale notice.
No. E-Auctions India is a discovery platform that aggregates public auction notices. Registration, EMD payment and bidding all happen on the bank's official e-auction portal.
